Topic "US Army Buys Christini Two-wheel Drive 450s" a message from Kwackerman

Hey guys, in my job as a protection system combat developer for the US Army at Ft Wood, I just found out the Army has bought some Christini 450s to test for use in combat. The best part is they're going to test them at Ft Bliss, TX and White Sands, NM in Oct-Nov, as part of a package I'm the developer for. I'll be going out to monitor the demonstration of the bikes, so I'm taking my riding gear and hopefully will get a chance to throw a leg over one. Man, this new job is getting cooler by the minute...!!!

<a href="http://www.christini.com/news/us-military-receives-christini-awd-450-motorcycles" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.christini.com/news/us-military-receives-christini-awd-450-motorcycles

And, don't forget this is a "Known Control" format enduro - in other words, for you non-enduro types, it's like the national enduro series format, in that you get to hare scramble from one check point to the next and you don't need a computer, odometer, or watch. Just twist your wrist! You can't get much better than a half dozen sprint races with a short break between each one. Come on out and Hillbilly Up!!!

Standard rates and rules apply for the motocross track as well, $7.00 per day and 8am to sundown (one fee lets you play anywhere on the property). We try to have it re-faced from time to time and as we can afford it. We have recieved lots of postive feedback on the changes that we made and how well it is faced already from last nights work. Also we just trimmed and re-arrowed the woods loop so it is in the best shape it has been in for a while too.
